Are You Suffering From MLM Depression?

It’s a simple question that most of us who are involved with Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Business opportunities are scared to actually ask. We all have had friends and family slam the doors in our faces not wanting to hear about our business presentation, products, and or services.

True or false?…

How many of us have been stood-up after a sincere promise was made by potential prospects that he or she would meet with you? Yep..been there and experienced that.

Indeed, It can be a depressing feeling…

But, you can’t keep dwelling on it because you’ll only become even more depressed. MLM business building is not easy and anybody that says it’s not is a liar.

You feel all alone…starting to second guess your dreams and aspirations and yes, people will quit. Attrition is the name of the game in this business and in this business model, it’s an absolute “Beast!”

Attrition can reach as high as 75 percent in terms of dropout rates as you track down a path of building your business.

This is a reality…

People come and go in this business. It’s all about mindset. Either you want it or you don’t…the ones who see the potential will treat it like a business and not just a hobby.

So, your main goal, minus all the negatives that comes with growing any business should be to work aggressively with leaders on your team and help them get to where they need to be and everything else will smoothly fall right into place, while the “Poser” simply fall apart.

depression

At the end of the day, whether you’re prospecting or getting a boatload of rejections; whether you’re setting up follow-up appointments and getting stung by no-shows; or you’re recruiting and watching folks drop out like flies before they even get their feet wet in the business…you must remember this, It’s going to happen regardless of what you do.

And guess what? There’s nothing wrong with you or the business you’re building.

See, some people just don’t care when presented with an offer outside of the daily grind of working a traditional gig or making someons else’s dreams come true….that’s reality.

You’re just weeding out the folks in search of those who understand and who are ready to change their lives and feel they can do it with what you have presented to them.

We allow this behavior of others to creep up into our souls…we invite MLM Depression to set-up shop in our mental houses..and it’s bad company, trust me.

Indeed, depression will creep up not from the rejection or whenever people jump ship from your business. It’s when you’re mentally fixating on those factors and taking them personally.

This burden becomes your “Baby.”

I say “Fu%^&” that….You have to keep it moving. Some folk are just not coachable and others lose their initial enthusiasm over time. Don’t get dragged down spending too much time trying to boost up folks who don’t want success as bad as you do. It’s a whole lot more fun looking for fresh, new people who are excited, interested, and willing to make things happen and learn the ropes!

As Eric Thomas, the #1 Motivational Speaker in the World says, “When you want success as bad as you want breathe, then you’ll be successful.”
